Any information provided by The Balesky Experience is not to be used in place of any medical, legal, or financial advice provided by a professional in those fields. Services offered by The Balesky Experience are offered as non-professional third party insight and the information provided should be handled as such. The Balesky Experience will not be held liable for any damages resulting from the use of this website or the information provided through its services. The Balesky Experience will not be held liable for any decisions or actions taken by the client that may include, but are not limited to, incidental and/or consequential damages resulting from any claims resulting from any act or omission, negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation, personal injury, death, loss of income, or otherwise. Your consultation is subject to your own personal interpretation and decisions made are of your own free will.

Service Eligibility & Termination Policy: All memberships and services are issued at The Balesky Experience’s discretion and are subject to the below-defined Terms and Conditions.

-Client Account & Membership: By submitting a client profile for membership creation you herby agree that all information provided is true and accurate. If any or all of the information submitted by you during profile creation, or appointment scheduling, is found to be inaccurate, or purposefully falsified, this will be grounds for termination of services and membership and all paid fees will be subject to our Rescheduling & Refund Policy.
-Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age to schedule an appointment. If you are not over the age of 18 you must submit a Parental Consent form via email(admin@thebaleskyexperience.com). Falsifying your age information in The Balesky Experience client profile system is grounds for immediate termination of services and membership and all paid fees will be subject to our Rescheduling & Refund Policy.
-Existing Medical Issues: If you are currently undergoing treatment for, or are diagnosed with, ANY form of medical illness that may impair your cognitive abilities you must notify The Balesky Experience prior to scheduling an appointment. By scheduling an appointment, you are agreeing that you are of sound mind and body. The Balesky Experience will not be held liable for any negative psychological, or physical impact on your wellbeing. Withholding or otherwise not properly reporting an existing condition as defined above is ground for immediate termination of services and membership and all paid fees will be subject to our Rescheduling & Refund Policy.
-Termination of Service: The Balesky Experience reserves the right to terminate your account or service at any time. Some reasons for termination include, but are not limited to…

• Acts of aggression, or otherwise offensive behavior during an appointment.
• Displaying unstable or erratic behavior, or emotional instability.
• Unauthorized recording or use of appointment, and/or information provided.

-Video Conferencing & Attendance: The Balesky Experience provides its appointments using Zoom Video Meetings conferencing software. The use of the Zoom Video Meeting software is subject to the Zoom Terms and Conditions. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have followed the provided instructions for accessing your Zoom Video Meeting appointment. You will be provided with a link containing your gateway information to access your meeting. If you are not present within the provided meeting gateway at the prescribed time of appointment or are otherwise unable to sustain a connection to said meeting gateway, your services will be eligible for termination and all fees paid will be subject to our Re-Scheduling & Refund Policy.

-Copyright Policy: All media created  by The Balesky Experience or produced during the performance of its services whether by an employee or client is to be considered the sole property of The Balesky Experience and is not to be distributed or utilized in any form by ANYONE outside the company without expressed written permission from The Balesky Experience. The Balesky Experience may grant viewing rights to its clients for personal use, however these rights do not extend to the ability to publicize  any or part of the produced media in question. Any and all media produced by The Balesky Experience found to be utilized outside of these guidelines will be subject to Copy Right Law and the individual found possessing it may be subject to the full extent of the law.

Appointment Rescheduling & Refund Policy: All refund or rescheduling requests are approved at The Balesky Experiences discretion and are subject to the below-defined Terms and Conditions.
-Client Cancellations: All scheduled events and/or services are eligible for cancellation and a full refund if canceled no later then 7 days prior to the scheduled event/service. Cancellations may be requested via the clients My Account page under the “Appointments” tab, OR via email to admin@thebaleskyexperience.com.
-Client Re-Scheduling: You may request a “Reading” appointment reschedule by submitting your request through the Cancel/Re-Scheduling link provided in the scheduling portion of your client profile no later then 72 hours prior to the appointment. Webinars and/or classes are not eligible for any form of reschedule request.

-Gift Card Return Policy: All gift card sales are final. Gift cards hold NO cash value and are NOT ELIGIBLE for refund.

Privacy Policy: All information obtained by The Balesky Experience will be utilized in order to provide, or process payment for, the services you request. We will not share it with outside entities, or publicly display your provided profile, payment, or appointment information without expressed permission from you.
